Happy Friday from downtown Cleveland!
Got up early this morning for a workout with Amanda. 
20 minutes on the treadmill (1.7 miles).
10 minutes on the elliptical. 
10 minutes of strength: 45 fire hydrants & 15 donkey kicks each leg, 15 v pushups, 30 flutter kicks, arms with 8 lbs weights.
After workout, we walked down to Starbucks around the block.
2 small girls in the big city (I’m too southern for this town).
