Whoa!
It’s been like a week since I’ve intentionally gotten in a workout. That is crazy for me.
I got in 2.3 miles, 30 fire hydrants each leg, 15 donkey kicks each leg, and a 30 second plank. Trying to get back into it.
But, I finally got moved all into my new place. It’s been good so far. Quiet. Bryan left the day after we moved in to go to Pittsburgh on a business trip, so it’s been kinda lonely.
I’ve just been working, trying to get things organized, and job hunting.
Amanda is coming over to see my place and visit tomorrow though!!

Hey y’all!
I know it’s been a while.
I’m writing this from Dunkin, as you can tell.
Life has been nuts lately. Lots of changes.
Amanda and I no longer live together. She has her own place, and I am gonna move in with the boyfriend on Saturday. I have been staying with her this week though, until Bryan and I sign our lease. It’s exciting and scary at the same time. Ever since I left home at 19, I’ve lived with Amanda. We’ve been through good and bad together during those three years. I’ll only live a few minutes from her in an apartment complex across town, but it’ll be a very different experience. You’ll still be seeing us together, so don’t you worry. We’ll make time for sister workouts and sister dates.
As far as fitness, I haven’t been able to do as much as I’ve liked to. I’m still eating well & doing what I can, but with the move & everything else going on, I honestly haven’t had much time. But, I am still dedicated!
No matter what, I am gonna stay positive, and prepare myself for this new chapter in my life!

Hello there! I am not quite yet at my goal. I have set backs of course. but I never give up! I wish to lose about 10-12 more pounds, but it’s not something I obsess about. I’m happy where I am. but it would be nice to reach that goal. I know I can do it. Fitness and healthy eating will always be a part of my life.

I also really love your blog! Your transformation is absolutely amazing!! I enjoy reading your posts. Keeping it going, girl. You are such an inspiration!! :)

5 miles for July 5th.
Had to burn off the ribs, potato salad, macaroni salad, baked beans, chips & dip, icecream, etc. from yesterday’s celebratory feast.
Yesterday was fun though.
Cookout,  swimming,  & fireworks with the ones I love.

Hey, you all!
I know it’s been a couple of days!
The wedding weekend was great! It was a beautiful wedding, & an awesome ride in a limo party bus for pictures, and the reception was the bomb!
But, I’m glad to be home, back in my atmosphere, and back on track. I definitely didn’t stay on track in Ohio (hey, it was a celebration. I regret nothing :))
Yesterday, I did three miles.
Today: 45 fire hydrants & 20 donkey kicks each leg & 2 miles in this Georgia heat!
Also, I’m on night shift now at work (11-3), so that’s gonna take some getting used to!
